Shipping Policy

We dispatch every order from our Karachi warehouse and partner with trusted nationwide couriers to get your Chaamak pieces to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Sundays are processed the following business day.

Delivery Times & Rates

• Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days. Free on orders over PKR 5,000; PKR 250 below that threshold.
• Express Delivery — 1–2 business days for an additional PKR 500.
• Store Pickup — ready within 24 hours at our DHA Phase 5, Karachi flagship.

Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities across Pakistan. Delivery estimates for remote areas may extend by 1–3 additional business days. International shipping is not yet available but is planned for future seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track order status from your Chaamak account at any time.
