Returns & Exchanges

We want every Chaamak piece to fit right and feel right. If it doesn't, here's how to send it back.

Return Window

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Final sale and accessory items marked as non-returnable at checkout are excluded.

How to Start a Return

• Log in to your Chaamak account and open Order History.
• Select the order and choose “Request Return”.
• Drop the package at any partner courier point, or book a pickup from your saved address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as store credit or via bank transfer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Select “Exchange” instead of “Refund” when requesting a return, and we'll dispatch the replacement as soon as the original item is received.
